When I get married, I want my wedding to be anywhere from just getting a paper signed at city hall or whatever to a very basic wedding. I’ve always grown up in an environment where I don’t have the nicest things compared to everyone I know. I’m classified a very lower middle class citizen, and I’m used to spending as little as I can for something nice.

Yes, I would like to celebrate being joined forever to someone I love, but I can spend the rest of my life celebrating that. I don’t need some fancy announcement to everyone I know that I’m gonna be with someone forever. If on the small chance that my fiance would want a big wedding, then we can have one but it’s really not gonna be a top priority for me.
